Human Trafficking and
Missing Person Rescue

Page last updated February 18, 2023

There are Christian organizations working against human trafficking, BUT NO Christian groups found specifically working to help find missing/kidnapped persons,
if you would be led to engage this.

International Rescue Groups

This ministry is engaged in the rescue, and rehabilitation physically and spiritually of those held in the human trafficking “industry” –

Works to end human trafficking where the need is great though they aren’t in all places of need last this was checked. Remember though this is a global problem.

U.S.A. Missing Persons list

In the U.S.A obviously the non-Christian based local law enforcement and FBI work to find missing persons and human trafficking victims, though unclear how high of a priority this is always, but you can always see if there is a way you can get involved in influencing positive action within such organizations if called to by our Maker.
Look at your states official missing persons website for a more comprehensive list of all the missing persons in your state. Periodically looking at these does give us a higher probability of being able to spot one of these individuals.

International Kidnapping Cases

1. ISLAMIC EXTREMIST GROUP BOKO HARAM KIDNAPPINGS

If fully accurate, Islamic Extremist group Boko Haram is reportedly responsible for more than 250,000 kidnappings in Nigeria, Niger, Cameroon, and Chad, and they have killed thousands of people. Pray fervently for these people and if you can do anything please we beg you to do so.

One such case was all the way back in 2014, 276 Chibok schoolgirls were kidnapped by Boko Haram, and 96 are estimated to still be missing as of February 2023 nearly 10 years later…
Who is working to rescue the remaining? –

This whole time, many of the headlines have said it is the Nigerian military. They are the only group publicly noted as doing so, if there is any way to support and urge on their rescue mission. Certainly there is possibility of corruption in government rescues, so it is unclear how much the army is rescuing.

2. HAITI'S MASS KIDNAPPINGS BY GANGS (CURRENT AS OF 2023)

No further information on this at this time.
